Welcome to WEBBED FEET NZ
Our web site is for the small local business user who wants a  web site without huge expense. We can design a web page to meet your needs for LESS.

Fast, Efficient, Useful,  Local,
Friendly, Affordable

There is no reason why small business should not have a presence on the net.

In fact small business has an advantage, you can keep your page small, and then it will load faster.

You can continue to use traditional payment methods,
getting people to contact you via email, fax and the ever useful mail.

The reason most given for not shopping on the net is fears of credit card fraud.

Have a safe web site and don't ask your customers to use their cards, this will make you different from the others.

The second reason people don't use the web is that it is hard to find things, we register you with as many sites as possible to avoid this problem.  And great care is taken to ensure that the tags search engines use are included in your site.

Lastly a lot of web sites are just
plain boring, see my links for sites I have designed to see if they are interesting, and
different from the norm.

Recently completed projects include:

Eager Beaver - a NZ site selling quality handmade clocks, jigsaw puzzles, mirror and other  designer  gifts.

Mr Mowers - a NZ site promoting a company that sells lawn mowers, chainsaws and other  outdoor power equipment.

These sites use a different approach to web pages, one contains a vast number of images which take a lot of time to compile, lay out and load, the other is simple text boxes with the addition of  clip art.

In each case the customer was aiming for a different result.

One is a
simple site stating location and  items for sale, with the time spent on getting the best possible location in Search Engines and with very little money spent on the site.

The second one  took
many hours  with photos scanned and cropped, tidied as much as possible, all images kept in large sizes and 7 pages long.  This took a lot more money to put
together.

You therefore need to decide whether you wish to sell a product or promote your business .  This will effect how you set  up on the net, whether you  load at free sites, or whether you go the whole hog and pay for a Domain name e.g. Fred.com, Fred.net or Fred.org.

In our discussion re your design expectations we can decide the best placement for your site.

See page 2 for all sorts of different ideas for making your site more
interesting for your customer.
